Acceptable use policy
Version 2026-10-23, updated October 23, 2026
Our servers and their IP addresses are shared by many customers. Complaints about one customer go to the hosting provider, and the provider can close a server for everyone on it. So these rules protect all customers.
Do not use the service to
- break the law of your country or of the country of the server;
- attack networks, servers and devices: overload them, scan other people’s networks, break into accounts;
- send spam or phishing;
- spread malware or run botnets and their control servers;
- publish your subscription link or config, or resell access to the service.
The service does not open incoming ports to your devices.
What happens if the rules are broken
VPN access of the account can be suspended. Your account then says that access is suspended; support explains why and what to do. What you paid for stays valid for its term, except in this case (see the terms of service).
