Terms of service

Version 2026-10-23, updated October 23, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the provider of the Tayra service (the legal entity on the About us page). The version of the terms in force when you pay is recorded with the payment; it is shown at the top of this page.

The service

Tayra gives your devices access to our VPN servers: through an app with a subscription link, a WireGuard or AmneziaWG config, or a router. You manage the devices in your account: the server and the exit place of each device, its speed limit and settings.

Account

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Telegram. A subscription link and a device config are keys to your subscription: anyone who has them connects as you. Keep them private; if one got to someone else, issue a new one in your account.

Free trial

The trial lasts 3 days, for 1 device, on demo servers. It is given once per Telegram account, email and device.

Plans and payment

Refunds

See the refund policy: 14 days on your first payment, in full.

Rules of use

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. If it is broken, VPN access of the account can be suspended; your account then says so, and support explains why.

Availability

We keep the servers working and, if the VPN does not connect in your network, support looks for and checks another way to connect. The speed depends on your own internet connection, the load of the server and the route. We do not promise that every website or service works through the VPN, for example video catalogues of other countries.

Account deletion

See Account deletion.

Changes to the terms

Each new version is published on this page with its version and date.

Law, disputes and liability

This section is written by the lawyer before launch: the governing law, how disputes are settled and the limits of liability.
