The 14-day guarantee

Your first payment is refunded in full within 14 days of the payment, no questions asked: we pay the fee of the payment provider ourselves. The first payment is one made when the account had no paid or refunded payments before; so «use — refund — buy again — refund» is not covered by the guarantee.

Other cases

A second or later payment, or a request after 14 days, can also be refunded: the administrator decides, in full or in part (for example, minus the fee of the payment provider), and records the reason.

How it works

• The money goes back to the same card or wallet you paid with.
• The unused rest of the refunded plan is removed at once. If you have no other paid periods, VPN access ends: the keys leave the servers at the next update.
• The days you already used stay yours, and your other payments are not affected: each keeps its whole term.
